Indian All-Rounder Keen on Rocks Move
Here is the text of an email received by the club from a player who clearly thinks we're any good and, more importantly, rolling in cash.

may i humbly request you to look at my mail fora minute or two..
i hail from chennai in south India..and am looking to bolster a cricket side...
am an allrounder with heaps of experience and plenty of GOOD REFERENCES in u.k..

have had 8 glorious summers with 5 different clubs in u.k and a stint in Australia..
raised in chennai with its structured leagues and fiesty enviorns, i can hold my own on a cricket pitch!
just need a basic package of flights-450 quid, accomodation and and a weekly allowance of around 125-150 quid..
(mutually agreeable-negotiated deal in the intersts of both to forgea good alliance.)
can really string together consistent performances with undying efforts and unyielding enthusiastic passion!
can assist in coaching as well ,for i can communicate and know the game,,and still learning this beautiful /cerebral/traditional sport..
can embark in 10 days-15 of ur positive call..
got visa to visit u.k..
may b miss 2-3 games?
pl. revert ASAP ...after havinga word with ur chairman/commitee/captain/club captain/coach/secty/ sponsors/etc etc
